About a year.

I took a couple of jewelry classes to enhance my skills.

Where did you learn your skills?
I taught myself mostly.

What made you decide to start an Etsy shop?
I wanted to turn my hobby into a real business.

What makes your Etsy shop stand out from all the others out there?
The variety and originality of my jewelry.

What do you find to be the most fun and rewarding about having your own shop?
Sharing my passion with the world.

What does customer service mean to you?
Making customers happy and being positive through the whole process.

Where do you find your motivation and inspiration when sales are slow?
I never give up and I have my friends and family to support me.

What helps to inspire you when creating?
I look at what other successful shops are creating and get my inspiration off of those pieces.

I hope to be making several sales a month and really branch out.
